5. After-Sales Service & Warranty

We stand behind every product we make. In line with the national “Three Guarantees” (repair, replacement, refund) standard and common industry practice, our faucets and sanitary ware carry a minimum 1-year warranty, with 2 years of after-sales service as standard; key components such as ceramic cartridges and surface finishes are warranted for up to 3 years (mainstream brand level).

Warranty coverage: manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, water hammer / abnormal water pressure, limescale build-up, or third-party modification.

Maintenance tips: clean surfaces regularly with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive pads; remove limescale promptly; keep operating water pressure within the normal range to extend the life of cartridges and finishes.

6. Sample Making & Shipping

We provide fast and flexible sample services to help you evaluate quality before bulk orders.

• Sampling: based on your drawings or our 3D designs, prototype samples are typically ready in 7–15 days.
• Sample fee: a reasonable sample fee applies; it is fully deductible from your first bulk order (or refundable per agreement).
• Shipping: samples are shipped via DHL / FedEx / UPS international express, typically delivered in 3–7 days worldwide.

7. Returns & Urgent Contact

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any quality issue arises:

• Returns: defective products confirmed within the warranty period are eligible for repair, replacement or refund. Please provide the order number, photos and a defect description.
• Response: our service team responds within 24–48 hours and works to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Price Adjustment Notice — International Tariff Impact

Due to changes in international trade policies — including anti-dumping duties (e.g., GCC) and tariffs imposed by certain markets — as well as rising raw material costs (copper, stainless steel, etc.), we may be required to adjust export prices from time to time.
